Welcome to Blitz and Co! Our cafe in 6, Jalan Kia Peng specializes in artisan pastries and specialty coffee. At Blitz and Co, we take great care in sourcing the highest quality beans and using traditional techniques to create delicious coffee and pastries that are sure to satisfy your cravings.
Our menu features a wide variety of coffee drinks made with single origin, specialty coffee beans, roasted to perfection in light and medium roast options. In addition to our drinks, we also offer an omakase-style meal selection, where our skilled chef will surprise you with their daily selection of freshly-made artisan food made with the freshest ingredients.
But we don’t just stop at the finished product. We are also committed to reducing our impact on the environment and doing our part to address the issue of food waste in the food and beverage industry. That’s why we are constantly working to improve our forecasting and production planning, as well as implementing better storage and handling techniques to ensure that our food is as fresh as possible. This is also why we have items on pre-order and seasonal lists instead of all-the-time availability.
In addition to the taste and convenience benefits of using fresh ingredients, there are also numerous health benefits to be gained from using less sugar in our cake and pastry making. By using natural sweeteners like fresh fruits and reducing the overall amount of sugar, we are able to create pastries, cakes and desserts that are healthier and more balanced.
We are always on the look out for raw materials and ingredients from local sources as much as possible. Our cakes, for instance, uses strawberries exclusively sourced from a farm in Cameron Highlands. We picked this particular farm because the strawberry it produces are sweet and uniform in sizes. As and when the opportunity arises, we would switch to local products in a heartbeat as we believe every little bit helps the industry as a whole.
Our cafe is located in the heart of Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur. Situated inside Colony, a co-working space, it is the perfect destination for coffee lovers looking for a unique and high-quality coffee experience in the city.
Our central kitchen meanwhile are located nearby in the outskirts of Ampang, where it specializes in pastry and cakes and also a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes, which are then distributed to our cafe as well as a delivery point for orders from our clients.
